for people who are suffering mentally

and want relief at the level of thought.

 

Together, we gently look at

one stressful thought at a time.

 

No fixing.

No advice.

No coaching.

No belief system.

 

Just presence, inquiry, and space.

I may ask simple questions like:

  • Is that thought true?

  • What happens when you believe it?

  • Who are you without it?

You’re always free to pause or stop.

This is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

I do not diagnose, treat, or promise outcomes.

to question painful thoughts
